La virgen de Guadalupe Necklace

I made this one of a kind necklace for a very dear friend and customer. She requested that I make her a necklace with the Virgin Mary picture on it. Since she has a unique style I knew that I had to come up with a style to compliment hers. The pendant is completely hand made using clay. When I finished the design of the pendant I highlight it using either a golden or silver wax. The beads are dyed turquoise. I am very happy with this finished product. Well, and so is my customer.
If you like it we can talk about making you one too. Of course it will have to be a little different, to keep the integrity of the design.
